Kenzo Tange is a Japanese architect that has designed many buildings including the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Complex <\/a>in Shinjuku.<\/p>\n

He also designed the Yoyogi Stadium and Metropolitan Gym in Shibuya next door to NHK’s studios.<\/p>\n
