The sun was out (waaaaaaaah!) and it wasn&#8217;t too oppressively hot.  I ran errands on my motorbike and afterwards, arrived at my gym to burn my 700 calories on the eliptical.<br \/>\nI checked in and prepared to change into my workout clothes.
