So baseball has spring training, football has pre-season and I’ve got the “it’s not raining anymore so let’s haul out the Weber<\/em>” season.
Ergo, it’s the first BBQ of the season! We all decided to BBQ some chicken parts (Ivan), angus steak (me) and, erm, a Pork Log (Andy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the “master of fire”, I fired up the coals and started up the grill. Dun worry, I was supervised every step of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Then it was time to BBQ chicken parts. I think this is a leg?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yeeeeeah!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Now, I know you’re wondering, “what is a pork log”? Well, this is how it looks when you remove it from it’s cocoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyway, the pork log burned more than it cooked and in the name of saving time, it was disected in the name of “well burned food”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The steaks turned out fine, as did the assorted chicken parts. Some people were sooo hungry that they couldn’t wait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
