Ramen Keisuke<\/a> is a small local ramen chain in Singapore. Each of the shops has a different speciality. \u00a0The newest location at Clarke Quay, Lobster King, makes lobster based ramen broth. \u00a0Yes, it’s awesome.<\/p>\n

It’s so goshdarn awesome that when I first visited here back in February, there was a 1 hour queue. \u00a0On a Sunday night. \u00a0Still that was better than the 3 hour queue on Saturday. \u00a0So this time around, we figured, “Thursday night, around 8”. \u00a0Figure everyone else would not come out cos it was a workday. \u00a0Ha. \u00a0Wound up waiting 40 minutes anyway. \u00a0Ramen was the awesome again. \u00a0Had the shio this time. \u00a0And when we left at 2200, no line! \u00a0So if you want a bowl without the queue, come for siu yeh on a weekday.<\/p>\n
